  5. Exchanges on stocked items can be made for credit within 7 Days of delivery. Customer is liable for all freight charges.

  7. No Exchanges are permitted on Cartridges/Styli.

  8. Should a contract be cancelled by no fault of the supplier deposit money is forfeited and deposit not refundable.

  9. No claim will be recognized unless made within 7 Days of delivery.

  10. Customs and/or Duty charges are not the responsibility of Dr Hi-Fi House Calls.

  11. All goods returned shall be in their original packaging & should not be shop soiled, obsolete or damaged as such goods may be rejected or credited at a reduced rate.

  12. The cost of freight in returning goods for any reason including warranty claims will be the responsibility of the customer.

  13. Any freight charges incurred in delivery of exchanges or repairs will not be refunded.

  14. Non-Stocked items may/or may not be exchanged.

  15. Prices are fixed at the time of sale & will remain unchanged regardless of market price fluctuation after sale & before pick up or delivery.

  16. In the event of stock unavailability, if customer has chosen to purchase & wait for stock to become available the prices are fixed at the time of sale.

  17. 7 Days warranty on Used Equipment.

  18. 7 Days warranty on Used Equipment does not cover vacuum tubes.

  19. No responsibility is taken for possible damage to equipment caused from vacuum tubes that are D.O.A. or faulty.

  20. Lay-By purchases are accepted with a 25% initial deposit.

  21. Lay-By purchase balance is to be paid within 90 days or deposit is forfeited. 

  22. Lay-By deposits are not transferable or refundable.

  23. All orders will be sent with full insurance and are trackable.

  24. No CNP (Card Not Present) Credit Card Payments.

  25. Consignment Sales are subject to a 20% commission payable upon sale, no listing fee is required.

  26. Minimum order value $100.00 for all shipped orders
