Please
understand there is a limit to the
number of questions I can handle. Still,
I like to help people and it won't hurt
to ask. However, there will be periods
in which I cannot answer e-mails, or are
only able to answer a few. Also
please understand that while you may
feel free to write at length, I have to
be very brief in answering. Ponder the
matter and you'll understand why.
If my
answers at times are short or direct it
is because I have limited time to answer
all the e-mails and phone
calls, I
get each day. Thus, the need for me to
prioritize my available work time. Some
answers demand more than just yes or no
and this eats my time. I have
experienced people losing their temper
when they understand that I know the
answer/s but won't/can't answer then go
on to deluging me with more e-mails
DEMANDING that I have to answer.
Needless to say, such pests will be put
on the spam filter list.
I do NOT
have any obligation to answer anyone.
I'm not a Public Servant and the reviews
my website contains are of equipment
that interest me where others who are
interested in reading what I have to say
about my personal experiences can refer
to. It would be impossible for me to
personally test and review everything I
sell.
I make
no attempt to camouflage the fact that
'Dr Hi-Fi House Calls' is a business
entity first and foremost. I am NOT a
24/7 Australian Government funded free
advice line, Charitable Organisation or
On-line Forum. While I do not mind and
even enjoy giving my opinion when asked
and time permits, as a businessman I
must serve my largest financial
customers needs first and attend to
their ordering and shipping requests
immediately.
When it
comes to some of the products listed on
my website, they fall into 4 main
categories.

sell because I love them personally.
- Products I
sell because they are profitable
even if I do not like their
performance.
- Products I
sell on consignment from customers.
- Products I
sell for other Hi-Fi Dealers who
wish me to gut the price and destroy the products
marketability on their behalf and themselves remain
anonymous because of political differences with
national distributors.
