Acoustics Model SR3 is designed for surround channel
applications where excellent sound quality is
desirable and a compact, discreet appearance is
required. A natural companion to Aerial primary
loudspeakers, the SR3 completes the surround
experience by providing a matched level of overall
performance and timbre. It exhibits an impressive
combination of tonal naturalness, dynamic ease, wide
bandwidth, and high output capability that is rare
among seemingly similar designs.
Dipole or bipole radiating patterns are selectable to best suit room position or individual preference, creating an enveloping sound field that is independent of listener location. Completely enclosed by their wraparound grilles, the SR3 can be mounted on a wall or ceiling. A trio of useful controls provides adjustments for position, radiating pattern, and room and system matching.
